★ COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Cook the noodles in 600ml boiling water for 5 minutes
2. Drain the hot water and one spoon oil rinse the noodles with cold water
3. Mix a spoon of oil and half masala with the noodles.
4. Heat oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chillies,
cabbage, carrots, beans and remaining masala then mix the cooked noodles.
5. Serve hot & tasty noodles.
